Each additional employee/user costs €10/month on both the monthly and yearly plans. For example, if you have 3 employees total, you pay the base subscription + €20/month (2 × €10) for the 2 additional ones.
Each extra location or business (e.g. running a Pilates studio and a hair salon, or two branches) costs €10/month, same as extra employees. The first location is included in the base subscription.
SMS are billed based on usage at €0.04 per message. They are used for automated appointment reminders to your clients. You only pay for what you send.
Email reminders are billed based on usage at €10 per 1,000 emails. Mobile push notifications are completely free — there is no charge for sending them.
